Garbage Disposal Guidelines:

• All household garbage must be placed in bags and placed inside the concrete bin (not left on the ground outside of the bin).

• Large furniture and appliances must be disposed of at your own cost, e.g. private waste management contractor or the National Waste Management Authority at 876-974-4546, 876-974-5465

• The garbage gate must remain closed at all times.

• Large tree cuttings (limbs & trunks) must be cut into small pieces and placed in the designated yard waste area.

• Grass cuttings must be bagged and placed in the yard waste area.

Monitoring of Garbage Disposal Area - Security Camera 📷

•  Security cameras 📷 have been installed to monitor the garbage disposal area. This is intended to deter misuse, improve cleanliness, and maintain safety while we work toward a finalized, long-term solution for waste disposal.

•  Footage will be reviewed to address violations, illegal dumping, or safety concerns.

•  We appreciate your cooperation in properly disposing of waste and keeping the area tidy.
